This 6-week course is going to start with a review of introduction to pole from your prior 4-week series. We will introduce conditioning exercises to assist in building endurance and stamina as well as adding new friends such as a Jasmine. Pole fitness uses a vertical pole for various exercises, combining dance, gymnastics, and strength training. Conditioning exercises improve muscle strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning, making advanced moves easier. Pre-requisites required for this course: Able to walk around the pole (switching inside and outside comfortably) Fireman Spin on both sides Back Hook Spin on both sides Skater Stand on both sides Double Stag Spin on both sides 1 Pirouette on both sides
