CMC Training Facility Features

OUR TRAINING FACILITY

​

Cohesive Movement Center is a state-of-the-art aerial and gym training facility offering over 2,200 square feet of space!  We are the largest training facility in Palm Beach County!

​

We have 2 training spaces, including a 1,000 square foot space featuring 10 XPOLE poles which are permanently installed for safety.  We also have a competition/performance training space that has 2 XPOLES permanently mounted in the average spacing required for the most common competition circuits or performance arenas.  Our pole height is the tallest in Palm Beach County standing at over 15 feet tall!  These have the latest technology to go from spin to static easily.  Our poles are a spaced appropriately with no sharing so you can work out in a safely distanced environment.

There are also additional apparatus' that you can learn or train on including Lyra Hoops, hammocks and silks.  This list will continue to grow as we grow within our community!

We also feature a gym training space that has everything from cardio to free weights to be used at your leisure to cross train and build endurance needed for hard things!  Take advantage of our supplementation bar to assist with recovery and refueling as part of building our athletes and members!  We are a 1st Phorm retailer.  If you are interested in more information regarding supplementation, we have certified nutrition coaches on staff to provide details and information specific to your journey.

Lastly, we also have a designated room for post training and pre-hab related stretching and after care.

Rent one of our 30 lockers also in our amazing locker room area equipped with two large bathrooms, a cozy lounge area!

There is plenty of well-lit parking, an accessible climate-controlled facility, and amazing friendly neighbors in the plaza that have services as well to offer and restaurants to visit!
